Join us at Santa Barbara Beach Yoga's venue for events along the beachfront, the historic Carousel House, for an immersive yoga and sound healing experience accompanied by the Full Moon. This experience is designed to guide you on a beautiful journey inward that will awaken your senses and stimulate deep relaxation through guided movement and sound in a beautiful setting.

Formerly the home of a carousel for 20 years, the Carousel House has since evolved into an open space with a greenhouse-like industrial feel, the perfect setting for an energetic yoga class with our signature headsets led by Kimberly followed by a sound healing journey led by Danielle.

This experience offers a gentle yet invigorating flow to get your body and breath moving, transitioning into relaxing restorative poses and followed by a blissful savasana accompanied by meditation & sound.

Sound healing is the use of sacred instruments and voice to release energetic blockages inducing a state of ease and harmony in the body.

Sound Healing & meditation are known to lower stress levels, lower blood pressure, lower cholesterol and improve sleep, bringing healing to our physical, mental, and spiritual bodies.

Sound can shift frequencies from the low energy of guilt and fear to elevated vibrations of love and joy.

We will synchronize the rhythms of our beings to the rhythm of the moon and the tides of the ocean in this Full Moon sound bath experience. You will leave feeling renewed & illuminated!

Schedule:

6:30-6:45pm: Full Moon Intention Setting & Sound Meditation

6:45-7:45pm: All Levels Vinyasa Yoga Flow

7:45-8:30pm: Sound Healing

What to Bring: A yoga mat, any props such as a block or strap you like to practice with, cozy blankets, and an eye cover to create a personal space where you are comfortable. Dress in warm layers.

Please note: Headsets will be provided and used for the first half yoga class portion of the experience. Then we remove them for the sound healing session towards the end of the evening.
