Kimberly has made it her life’s mission to create and exercise a natural approach to total body health. Her passion in guiding others towards a healthy mind-body relationship and living one’s best life through nutrition and yoga culminated in the opening of The Juicy Life Yoga Studio where she is thrilled to share her knowledge of wellness and achieving balance with The Juicy Life community and beyond.

A graduate of The Institute of Integrated Nutrition, Kimberly has educated and guided many on the importance of nourishing the body with vibrant fuel through the creation of custom cleanses and carefully curated juices and smoothies through The Juicy Life. Complementing the nutrition, she utilizes yoga as a way to nourish the mind and soul. Her practice focuses on the alignment of the body, mind and spirit to achieve your body’s ideal health.

Prior to The Juicy Life, Kimberly spent years in the corporate space as a marketing specialist until yoga influenced her and changed the course of destiny forever.

Kimberly’s journey in creating The Juicy Life is a result of her love of practicing and teaching yoga and seeing a need to create an avenue for people to live a healthy and enjoyable life. Kimberly's unique classes aim to unlock connections between the body and mind while encouraging students to use yoga off the mat as a guide in life.

Tricia Cook

Tricia has been teaching yoga in the greater Santa Barbara area since 2015. She completed her 200 hour Teacher Training in 2014, and subsequently studied Yin Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, and yoga anatomy from an array of teachers.

She began leading Teacher Trainings in 2016 through CorePower Yoga, and has witnessed the powerful effects of studying yoga firsthand.

When she's not on her yoga mat, Tricia can be found exploring the Santa Barbara mountains, sipping on an americano, or reading.

She is grateful and excited for the opportunity to pass along the gifts that a regular yoga practice has given her.

Kailyn Mattke

Kailyn’s teaching aesthetic is largely rooted in the belief that yoga can be both athletic and therapeutic when combined with proper nutrition and practiced with intelligent guidance. As a teacher, she maintains the importance of proper alignment, accuracy of movement, and improved muscular control to reform shape and increase capacity.

As a yogi, Kailyn also understands that any form of practice should foster improved relationships off the mat - nutritionally, athletically, socially and spiritually. She firmly believes that a conscious lifestyle and practice, refined with clean nutrition and clear instruction can allow bodies to evolve and heal at optimum speed and retain their capacity for movement forever.

Kailyn is a certified Therapeutic and Sports Massage Therapist (1992), A Certified Holistic Health Coach and Advanced Mastery Coach (2015), A Certified Bikram Instructor (2002), and currently completing her Functional Medicine Certification.

Joie Coxon

Joie discovered yoga in Spain in 2013, and through her own practice has come to believe in its miraculous ability to heal physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Joie loves studying yoga's history and philosophy, and she uses this knowledge as her foundation and inspiration both on and off of the mat. While teaching, she prioritizes correct alignment and mindfulness as pathways to feeling uplifted.

Joie is thrilled and humbled by the opportunity to teach yoga, and she hopes that her students leave her classes feeling a little bit brighter, more balanced and a little bit more curious, too.

Jasmine Hanson

Jasmine is a Santa Ynez Valley native and has studied the art of yoga in California, India and Indonesia. Her bright personality and passion for the practice shine through in her teaching style.

She believes in continually expanding her knowledge of yoga and loves sharing her expertise with her students in class.

She cannot wait to share the present moment with you!

Krista Williams

A Santa Ynez native, Krista’s time is usually spent teaching, grounding herself in nature, and practicing living in the present moment. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Industrial Scientific Photography.

Krista’s yoga journey began as a way to connect with herself while gaining strength and flexibility. She ended up finding so much more.

Krista hopes to help guide others in a creative space that allows them to find what they seek.

Hannah Hartman

Hannah recently moved to the Santa Ynez Valley from Austin, TX, where she had been living for the past 5 years. Through Black Swan Yoga she completed her 200-HR coursework in Hatha Yoga. 

Hannah brings a variety of experience into her yoga practice, including teaching Stand Up Paddle Yoga. Being mindful and present and connecting to one's unique body has been the pillars of yoga that originally attracted Hannah to start practicing over 8 years ago.

Emma Davis

A Santa Barbara based yoga instructor, Emma believes that yoga has the power to burn away illusion, and by working well with the body, the mind and spirit can transform. She has completed over 500 Hours of training in San Francisco, where she gained experience teaching traditional yoga and various specialties including Pre/Post Natal, Children and Teens, and Restorative.

She then had the opportunity to create a whole new type of class — something that she couldn’t find anywhere else. A class that combined her love of simple, feel-good yoga poses, free-form dancing and super fun music — thus, Yoga Dance Magic was born.

She also leads mindfulness meditation, SUP, hiking and beach yoga in Santa Barbara's most beautiful outdoor locations. As she continues to learn how to listen to her own heart, she intends that you leave her classes radiating light, with confidence, ease and so much joy!
